Welcome to VPN - Super Fast Proxy Robot (“the App,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using our services, you (“you,” “user,” or “customer”) agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Service Description

VPN - Super Fast Proxy Robot provides a virtual private network (VPN) service to help protect your online privacy, encrypt your internet traffic, and allow secure access to the internet.
We do not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet all your expectations. Service availability may vary based on your network connection and device compatibility.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App and Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not:

Use the service to send spam, malware, or engage in hacking activities.
Access or distribute copyrighted content without authorization.
Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the operation of our servers or network.
Use the service in any way that may harm other users or third parties.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

4. Subscription & Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and payment details will be presented at the time of purchase within the App.

All payments are processed through your Apple App Store account.
Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions via your Apple ID account settings.

5. No Logging Policy

We value your privacy. We do not store, log, or track your browsing history, DNS queries, or connection logs that could identify you. For details on data handling, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VPN - Super Fast Proxy Robot and its affiliates will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to:

Data loss or unauthorized access
Service interruption or downtime
Loss of revenue or profitsThis limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Disclaimer

Our VPN service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee access to specific websites, apps, or services that may block VPN connections.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service without prior notice if you violate these Terms or if your subscription expires. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will immediately cease.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
